2. Two Minutes Per Session:
Current recommendations from the American Dental Association (ADA) suggest brushing your teeth for two minutes, twice per day. If you spend less than two minutes brushing, you’ll have a more difficult time removing enough plaque from your teeth left behind by sweets.
3. Cover All Surfaces: Make sure that you are consciously getting those nooks and crannies that sweet treats love to hide in. Get the front, back and chewing surfaces of your teeth, as well as your tongue during your two-minute sessions to rid yourself of all that hidden bacteria.
