A Minnesota native, Dr. Savanna is a natural artist and was initially drawn to dentistry because it combined her passions of creative freedom and medicine. As she dove deeper, she fell in love with dentistry when she experienced the joy of enhancing a patient’s smile. She pays close attention to detail to provide expert care that puts you first and builds your confidence. You’ll enjoy her calming demeanor and collaborative philosophy as she helps you with your smile.

Having spent more than half her life in the dental industry, Erin proudly calls herself a dental nerd. Her passion for dentistry started at just 15, working in a small-town dental office before moving to St. Louis in 2003. There, she managed day-to-day operations and front desk responsibilities for a Clayton practice while earning her B.A. in Communications. Erin later transitioned into dental sales, representing leading companies across North America and managing a team of sales professionals.

Her path eventually crossed with Dr. Silva’s - sparking both a shared professional vision and a personal partnership. Several years and two children later, Erin traded in corporate travel for a new role at home and in the practice, where she now brings her business expertise and love for patient care together every day.

With more than 25 years of experience in the dental industry, Diana brings a wealth of knowledge and a true passion for patient care and practice excellence. Throughout her career, she has worn many hats - beginning as a Dental Assistant before moving into roles as Clinical Coordinator, Treatment Coordinator, and eventually Management and Practice Administration.

Now, as Executive Assistant, Diana loves supporting the practice, team, and patients in meaningful ways that help everything run seamlessly.

In addition to the goodie bags our hygienists hand out, Robyn’s patients often ask for something else - a hug. Friendly, upbeat, and full of energy, she’s never met a stranger. Robyn fell in love with dentistry as a teenager while working in a dental office, and it’s been her passion ever since. You could even say it runs in the family - both of her sisters have worked in the field as well.

A graduate of the Dental Hygiene program at Forest Park Community College, Robyn brings experience, compassion, and a contagious enthusiasm to every patient she meets. Her favorite part of dentistry is building lasting relationships and helping patients feel comfortable and cared for at every visit.

Before joining the dental field, Cyndi built a strong foundation in customer service while working in the telecommunications industry. Her passion for delivering exceptional experiences naturally led her to healthcare, where she managed a pediatric practice. After taking time off to raise her four children, she returned to the workforce in an orthodontic office and quickly discovered her true calling - helping patients achieve confident, beautiful smiles.

Cyndi was drawn to Chesterfield Family Dentistry for its commitment to excellence and the supportive, passionate team that consistently goes above and beyond for patients and one another. She takes great pride in helping create a welcoming environment where every patient feels cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

Born and raised in St. Peters, Missouri, Christina discovered her passion for dentistry after earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Spanish from Pensacola Christian College. Since beginning her career in 2019, she has gained hands-on experience across oral surgery, pediatrics, and general dentistry. Her heart for service extends beyond the office - she’s participated in several dental mission trips to El Salvador, where she met her husband.

Christina chose this profession because she loves helping others restore their oral health and confidence through a beautiful smile. Dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented, she takes pride in creating a positive experience for every patient she meets.
